Deposits
A required $300 deposit is necessary for my ideas, computer time, sketches, illustrations, photography, and digital designs for prospective murals, paintings, sculptures, projects, and commissions to cover expenses. The composition cost is part of the project price and is one of the most critical parts of the finished project. Square footage, square inches, travel expenses, working conditions, amount of detail, equipment, and materials needed for the project determine to price. The cost per square foot can range from $10 to $50 dollar for murals.. The cost per square inch is 2-3 dollars for work on canvas.
Overview
All sales are final. My refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days for damaged artwork only. If 14 days have passed since (client/customer) purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be damaged during shipping and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
If the (client/customer) does not like the piece or is unhappy with its attributes, I will work with (the client/customer). I offer exchanges for more or equal value artwork, as long as the (client/customer) pays for the shipping. If the “cost of the new work” is more, the balance must be paid upfront.
Returns
To initiate a return, please email [admin@michaellonghofer.com] and include the following information:
- Your name
- The title of the piece
- The date of purchase
- The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
- The reason for requesting a return
- If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
